modern two-story house with a comfortable and cozy design, in the marbella condominium, close to the southern access of the condominium, which makes it very accessible to go to the aguas blancas beach, as well as to the future pioneros de maitencillo school and the jumbo shopping center.
the house is entered through the upper level, where you access an ample space in which the living room, dining room, and kitchen are harmoniously integrated and all exposed to the west with large thermopane windows to enjoy a clear view of the sea. through this level, there is access to a spectacular outdoor terrace with space for terrace games, a jacuzzi, and a barbecue area.
on the lower level is the sector of the rooms, all with exits to the garden. there are two spacious en-suite bedrooms and three other bunk rooms that share two bathrooms.
outside and connected to the kitchen are the staff quarters and a loggia. further down in the garden, a cozy space was formed with the native trees of the place in which an area with games for children and a fireplace was built.
