the individual residences are housed in three and four-stories lanna thai style villas. the award winning residences range in size from approximately 350 square meters to 530 square meters, and are offered in three different styles; garden terrace, mountain view and penthouse. the garden terrace units feature their own individual “plunge pools”, while the penthouse occupy the top two floors of each villa.
