Czech Republic Sotheby′s Int. Realty offers for sale a historic villa in Karlovy Vary, built in 1844 in the classicist Empire style by Karlovy Vary builder Johann Knoll for the German baron August von Lützow.
This architecturally significant work was the first villa built in Karlovy Vary and northwestern Bohemia. The villa is located high on the southwestern rocky slope of Tříkřížové vrch, offering breathtaking views of the colonnade and the historic center of Karlovy Vary.
