The Lakeside Villa has jaw-dropping views across rice fields to the sacred mountain of Doi Suthep. The Villa is over 1,000m2 of covered space. 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a 150M2 great room, 3 kitchens, 2 bars, 5 dining areas, cinema, fitness studio, multiple covered outdoor areas, 18m x 10m mineral water pool Sleeps 12 plus 13 on sofa beds, sofas, and floor mattresses
The Garden House has a view of the lake and gardens. It is a modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom compact bungalow. Full kitchen and dining areas
The Riverside House has views across the rice fields to the sacred mountain of Doi Suthep. Built on the side of a gurgling river and close to a weir. It is built in traditional Lanna style entirely from a 150 year old rice barn.
It is perfect for entertaining and events with a large ground floor that seats 12 – 20 people and a high stool bar that seats 8. There is a full kitchen, a shower and a WC. One bedroom upstairs is blissfully open air and can sleep a family in comfort on Japanese-style bedding. The upstairs bedroom is currently being used to store film props and is not available for short lets.
