At the end of a private drive, behind a security gate and only a couple of miles from town, Cote Romarin, as the property is known, sits at the top of the hill, a unique, private paradise with views, pure air, redwoods, nature, peace and sun galore. Rosemary, lemons and apples are the bounty of the land. Designed in French style, you will appreciate the fine finishes as well as enjoying the ease of California living. Two large suites on the upper level look onto views of tree-studded hills with captivating light plays on them. Neff Beautiful Living kitchen pillow cabinetry, including a Sub-Zero fridge and granite countertops, will cater to your entertaining inclinations. An additional structure on the property may be looked into as a potential ADU.
