Monumental historic estate in the heart of Capri
Just a few steps from the famous Via Camerelle, nestled in the greenery of its centuries-old park, stands this monumental early 20th-century residence. The villa rises majestically in the heart of the park, which extends from the center of Capri all the way to the outer ridge overlooking the Faraglioni. The tree-lined driveway leading to the property captures the eye with its evocative view over the bay of Marina Piccola.
The spacious living room and dining room open onto a wonderful terrace, offering not only enchanting sea views but also a panorama of the town-a natural nativity scene suspended between lush greenery and the sea. On the first floor, in addition to the grand reception area, there is a spacious eat-in kitchen, a guest bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a panoramic master suite featuring two access points to the external terraces, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom, and a sauna. The lower level consists of another large living area and two additional spacious bedrooms with bathrooms. A guest bathroom, a service area, and a laundry room complete the main villa.
Within the park, there is also an annex complete with a bathroom and kitchen. Surrounding the property, the park features a broad terraced area with a classic Caprese colonnade that perfectly frames the view of the Faraglioni.
