Charming villa with olive grove and swimming pool overlooking the sea
In the municipality of Anacapri, a short walk from the Fortini′s walk, close to Mesola′s sea descent, is located this beautiful villa with an attached park of about 3000 square meters. The villa, nestled in the olive trees in a silent position, enjoys two entrances, one pedestrian and a driveway; and is characterized by the presence of more than sixty plants of centuries-old olive trees, arranged on several panoramic terraces that enjoy an unparalleled sunset.
The two-level main house consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen and four bedrooms with two bathrooms. There is also a depandance with an additional bedroom and a bathroom. A large wooden pool, a wonderful top solarium terrace and a wide car parking complete the property.
