House with a bold contemporary project designed by Vitor Penha, located in a prime neighborhood of São Paulo. It has a robust construction by Alle Engenharia all made in prestressed concrete, without pillars, promoting total integration between the environments, which are full of sophisticated details, such as large floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows that allow the entry of plenty of sunlight, without losing any privacy due to the placement of the building. From the entrance hall it is possible to see the entire living area, consisting of a living room with double-height ceilings, a dining room, a large balcony with gourmet space and an outdoor area with garden, swimming pool and sauna, as well as an opulent “pub” space with wine cellar. On the top floor there is a home office space with a small break area and four well-distributed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of which is the master bedroom, comprising two closets and two bathrooms. There also is a rooftop overlooking the neighborhood, an underground garage and a spacious home theater room with a big screen and a view of the bottom of the pool. The house is fully equipped with air conditioning, automation and a backup generator.
