This beautiful property on the Osa Peninsula includes 54ha of titled land and utilizes an additional 16ha of beachfront which are part of natural heritage of the state.
The off-the-grid lodge and field station consist of almost 1´000m2 of buildings under roof, including a field station/lodge with six dormitories for a total of 28 beds and three shared bathrooms. The jungle surrounding this field station is the true tropical rain forest of Costa Rica, extending far inland and offering primary forest, trails, creeks, water sources, and pure nature all around. The beach, a protected and isolated cove, is directly in front of the field station, providing opportunities for swimming and snorkeling.
