Located north of Lake Puyehue, on the slopes of the Cordón del Caulle, Rio Bueno commune, Los Rios region. It is in a semi-cordilleran area with good access and connectivity to the Ranco lake basin, the Puyehue border crossing, and the Puyehue and Rupanco lake basins.
the farm is mainly covered with adult native forest, where red coigues, mañios cypresses, cinnamon, tineos, and lengas stand out. the rest of the field comprises approximately twenty hectares of meadows and areas with bushes and quila.
the course is high, with panoramic views of the puyehue and rupanco lakes and the casablanca, puntiagudo, and osorno volcanoes. in addition, within the field runs the isla river and other estuaries of lower flow.
