Located only five minutes away from Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, this house has been completely restored, with its restoration process being monitored by IPHAN, the National Historic and Artistic Heritage Institute, as well as by an architect, with a project that combines tradition with modernity. All the Scots pine wood framework of doors and windows was preserved, which is a remarkable piece of artistry. The library is in its original state, having also gone through a restoration process. In addition, the house comprises four living rooms, a kitchen with Scots pine wood cabinets, a half bath and seven bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.
