wine estate with over 132 hectares of land on the hills of the prestigious chianti landscape, composed of a historic habitable villa, but which requires some restoration work, offering large, bright and representative spaces, within the real estate complex which sees its origins in the year 1000.

with careful redevelopment work in the vineyards and cellar, the company could considerably increase turnover and redevelop the brand which has achieved great results, but currently needs new marketing investments. the company has been organic since 2012 and produces classic chianti docg with approximately 18ha, classic vin santo di chianti with approximately 1400m2 and an igt with approximately 15ha. the production also boasts an excellent dop oil with both the chianti classico and chianti colli senesi denominations. for a total of approximately 4ha of olive grove. it also has approximately 45ha of arable land, 45ha of woods.
