From the downtown Highlands, take Route 64 towards Cashiers. Turn right at the HFCC entrance. Follow Sky Lake Drive until you reach the intersection of Sky Lake Drive and Rocky Ridge Road. The house is on the right side corner of Sky Lake Drive and Rocky Ridge Road


 The golf cart is for sale. It is stored in a heated and cooled lower-level encapsulated crawl space, accessible from the outside. There is a hookup for a washer-dryer in the crawl space. Recently installed a new ice maker in the kitchen. The recent full-house renovation includes new wiring, new plumbing, and all-new triple-pane Jeld-Wen windows, except the front windows on the sun porch.
