Surrounding it are 46 plots averaging 32,290 sq. ft., each positioned to ensure privacy, natural ventilation, and unobstructed views. The master plan, inspired by the layout of the historic Jesuit Village of Trancoso, was designed by the architecture and urban planning firm of Michel de Fournier and implemented by architect Luciano Soares.
