It is about 16km from Kitzbühel, on an enchanting elevation, with a breathtaking view into the alpine surrounding. 1,5hours to Munich Airport, Westendorf is vitalized by international tourism, but despite it, traditional, typical Austrian and so cosy Lisa´s farm lies within the city limits, a little above neighbours, shops and skilifts and it´s neither visible, nor to enter by mistake

Via a nice, romantic access road, Lisa´s Farm is to be reached within 2 minutes from the city center. Parking cars on the court, we find the garage, with its noble guest apartment above. Walking up the corridor, we enter the mansion, with three sleeping rooms, an open fire parlor, a wooden chamber, the big family-kitchen, a wine cellar and a superb wellness center. Across the yard, we find the stables, including 8 boxes (of which 6 are paddock equipped), the original rider´s room, the hayloft and some more usefull rooms. At the west corner of the plot, there is a little hens barn.
Lisas Farm not only is situated midst mountains - and therefor a special place during the winter season, but its also at the enchanted private pond - to spend a marvellous summer. During autumn (fall) and spring, a jump into the blue waters of the family pool is recommended
