A unique territory covering approximately 345 hectares (76 recreational forest lots) located 20 minutes from Quebec City, the western slope of Mont Stoneham is adjacent to the internationally renowned ski center and tourist resort of Stoneham, and close to the region's many attractions and businesses. Its southwestern orientation, elevation, and average natural snowfall make it a paradise for backcountry skiing and snowshoeing. It is currently possible to build two residences (including tourist lodges with a maximum of six bedrooms each) and 15 family maple groves. See addendum.
