a significant change has created a new opportunity at the coatesville lodge – and the owners are ready to engage with genuine buyers.
now available as an individual lifestyle property on approximately 3.1 acres, this substantial masonry residence offers something increasingly difficult to find in coatesville: exceptional privacy, serious space and resort-style living without the upkeep of a large rural holding.
arrive through secure gates and follow your own private driveway to a home that feels immediately warm and welcoming. solid masonry, natural timbers, soaring ceilings and generous proportions give the residence substance and character, while recent enhancements mean it's ready to simply move in and enjoy.
at the heart of the home is a chef's kitchen and substantial scullery, surrounded by relaxed living and entertaining spaces that spill outside to the covered loggia, open fireplace and spectacular infinity pool – new zealand pool of the year 2023.
with six bedrooms and six bathrooms, there is room for everyone without living on top of one another. a separate wing with two offices, two bathrooms, laundry and extensive storage creates genuine flexibility for guests, teenagers, extended family, a nanny, housekeeper or working from home.
then there's the approximately 200sqm barn – perfect for a serious car collection, boat, workshop, hobbies, storage or simply all the things that rarely fit into suburban life.
outside, established gardens, sweeping lawns and a peaceful pond create a beautiful backdrop without demanding a farming lifestyle.
minutes from coatesville village and convenient to albany, excellent schools, motorway connections and private aviation, this is country living without disappearing from auckland.
for buyers wanting more, the adjoining titles can also be acquired, creating an approximately 8-acre, three-title holding.
the owners are ready for their next chapter and genuine interest is encouraged. come and experience the coatesville lodge privately – it may surprise you.
private inspections by appointment.
overseas purchasers may be eligible subject to new zealand overseas investment requirements. independent legal, financial and technical advice should be obtained.
