Set on 2.79 undivided acres in upper Launiupoko, 70 Iliahi Way is a single-level residence by Maui architect Greg Skog, sited on a protected hillside for ocean, mountain and outer-island views. The 994 sq. ft. home has two bedrooms, three baths and no interior stairs. The kitchen, with marble countertops and premium appliances, opens to the great room, and walls of folding glass retract to more than 700 sq. ft. of covered lanai, a heated infinity-edge pool, a spa and an outdoor grill. A breezeway connects the house to the two-car garage structure, which includes approximately 385 sq. ft. of flex space with a full bath, not included in the living area, along with laundry. The parcel has never been CPR′d, which leaves that option, and the choice of a larger main residence subject to County requirements, to a future owner. Newly priced at $3,000,000. Aerial boundary lines are approximate.
