Lodge Puerto Aventura is a tourist complex located on a property of approximately 58 hectares, with roughly 750 meters of lakefront on Lake Todos los Santos, on its northern shore and within Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park, in the commune of Puerto Varas. The land combines native forest, springs, and ravines with areas developed for tourism, maintaining good separation between guest spaces, service zones, and utility areas.
The built area totals around 940 m² and includes a two-story clubhouse, seven guest cabins with en-suite bathrooms, staff cabins, a gym with sauna and outdoor hot tub, a closed quincho connected to a fully equipped kitchen, storage areas, laundry, woodshed, and generator room. Most structures are built in wood on pilings, with native-wood finishes and alerce shingle siding, in harmony with the mountain setting.
Facing the lake is the boathouse, featuring a bar and lounge area, nautical storage, and space for water-related equipment, along with a private three-level dock of approximately 102 m².
