The Bloemenwerf was built in 1895 in the Dieweg area, by the famous architect Henry van de Velde as his personal home. Set in a 30-acre plot, this 3-storey house has a total gross floor area of approx. 330 m², in the heart of a garden created by Henry van de Velde himself.
This residence for renovation has been meticulously preserved with most of its original features, and offers a refined setting for architecture enthusiasts. Listed in the inventory of architectural heritage, the Bloemenwerf was a meeting place for artists and intellectuals, and stands out not only for its unique architectural character but also for its loft style, which was completely innovative for the period.
