welcome to villa 9 at beach enclave north shore. while this area now features several luxurious villas, it is helpful to understand the unique history of this site. when the original american land developers arrived in providenciales in the late 1960s, this was the specific location they chose for its rare combination of beach frontage, excellent snorkeling, and an elevated ridge offering stunning views of provo′s north shore.
this spacious four-bedroom villa is situated on that ridge. while part of the beach enclave master plan, the owner customized the layout to create an ideal space for entertaining. the addition of a wine bar and lounge area allows the entire 75-foot width of the main level to open up to ocean views from the kitchen, dining, and living areas. upstairs, all four spacious bedrooms offer direct ocean views, ensuring no guest has to compromise.
