Brf Finnboda Pirar is a property built in 2016 by HSB Stockholm. The association is a genuine cooperative and owns the land. The first residents moved in during autumn 2016. Storage is provided adjacent to the apartment; ground-floor units have shared storage, and some larger units have individual storage at ground level. Each entrance also includes four bicycle and stroller rooms. The association has a common room/boardroom that can be rented for overnight stays on weekends. Individual meters for electricity and hot water consumption are installed.
