LA JOYA CUERNAVACA
An expansive , level garden with mature trees on a 3,247 m² property, in a
private gated community with 24-hour security. In a city built on ravines,
level ground of this size is rare, and it is what defines this property.
The trees were here for decades before the house. Amates, palms,
cypresses and bougainvillea that give shade and privacy, and make the
land feel like a place rather than a lot. The garden has sprinkler irrigation,
a cistern and a pressurized water system.

main house, with air conditioning. Three more in an independent
bungalow, fitted with ceiling fans and with their own entrance from the
garden, guests come and go without crossing the main house. Staff
quarters with three rooms and two full bathrooms, in a separate structure.
Two covered parking spaces with ample space for more parking inside
the community.
Pool heated by boiler and solar panels, in use year-round. The grounds
also include an area ideally suited to developing a tennis court or creating
a new recreational space according to the future owner's needs.
The original construction is over five decades old and retains its
architecture; functional updates were made in 2021. Wheelchair
accessible. 85 km from Mexico City via highway 95D, in the City of
