Utilities include an installed water meter and a nearby fire hydrant located approximately 43 ft from the property line. Located within the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District, the property also offers the potential for private gate access via Rambla Pacifico, providing a more direct route to PCH, about 5 minutes away. A compelling opportunity to create a custom Malibu residence with views, infrastructure, and key approvals already in place.
