22 Paseo Aragon
SET ON A LARGE SWATH OF LAND - A RARE 3+ ACRE SITE IN LAS CAMPANAS, 22 PASEO ARAGON OFFERS TREMENDOUS PRIVACY, EXCEPTIONAL CRAFTSMANSHIP WHICH BEGINS WITH PUMICECRETE CONSTRUCTION AND IS FURTHER ENHANCED WITH RICH HANDCRAFTED ASPECTS THROUGHOUT. Built by the highly regarded Tierra Concepts builders, this single-level residence enjoys a wonderfully secluded setting with beautiful surrounding views along the 9th green of the Sunset Golf Course.
A serpentine tumbled paver driveway creates a memorable approach to a gracious enclosed entry courtyard anchored by a sculptural Stone Forest water feature. Inside, the impressive entry hall sets the tone with soaring hand-troweled plaster walls, designer lighting, dramatic height and a series of nichos to showcase art and collected treasures.
Exceptional craftsmanship continues throughout with coffered ceilings in the distinctive dining room, custom cabinetry and integrated millwork, much of it expertly fashioned under the direction of noted interior designer David Naylor, creating a cohesive character throughout the home. Pumice-crete construction, prized for its high insulating properties, adds to the home′s substantial quality.
The generous cook′s kitchen offers abundant counter space, excellent storage and a proper walk-in pantry. The comfortable floor plan includes four bedrooms plus a handsome office, beautiful bathrooms plus a powder room. The home also has many functional elements that make daily life easy, including beautiful custom-made cabinetry, a stunning floor-to-ceiling foreign-sourced cabinet for china storage, a generous sideboard flanking the dining room, built-in bar area, plentiful closets with built-ins, and an oversized three-car garage, plus plenty of parking for guests.
Private, beautifully built and rich in architectural detail, 22 Paseo Aragon is the ultimate Las Campanas lifestyle property.
