There Will Definitely Be Sand in Your Shoes
266 Cranberry Hole Road was designed and built to support the sand-in-your-shoes lifestyle that the Amagansett Dunes have always promised. Dramatic, if not stately, this home boasts a Mediterranean inspired neoclassical facade, but features a resolutely contemporary floor plan. The first floor was literally "sculpted" into the dune, with three bedrooms that look out onto sand, Beach Plum and Bayberry. The second floor "Great Room" is elevated to assure that breezes off the bay flow thru the house, relentlessly reminding you of just how far out into the Atlantic you′ve chosen to live. The great room opens at every occasion to the gracious deck, with gunite pool, sun deck and covered outdoor dining........once again, literally in the dunes. The choice of Pella windows affirms the quality of construction. The La Cornue range, two dishwashers, and seemingly endless counters and cabinets assure a lifetime of easy entertaining. The primary bath, with steam shower is spa-like in scale....wonderful as is, or ready for you to express yourself. Sunsets will bask life out here in a warm glow season after season year after year. Minutes to beaches and shopping, and a short drive to either Montauk or East Hampton, Amagansett has forever been that special place buried in the sand, but in the middle of it all. 266CranberrySale.com Exclusively Ours
