ARCADIA is an exclusive private development of new construction in Perillo, Oleiros, consisting of only 13 independent villas. Designed to enjoy privacy, comfort, and spaciousness, they combine careful architecture with construction quality, efficiency, and ease of maintenance. The minimum separation of four meters between homes enhances their independence.
The development offers two types: 488 m² built and 417 m² usable, or 393 m² built and 323 m² usable, distributed over three floors.
On the main floor, the spacious living-dining room opens through large sliding glass doors to the porch and south-facing private garden. The kitchen, either independent or concealed depending on the type, is completed with a bedroom with a private bathroom and a guest toilet.
The upper floor houses four bedrooms, one of which can be adapted as an office, and a separate bathroom. The master suite features a walk-in closet, private bathroom, and balcony.
The basement, with natural lighting and ventilation, offers more than 162 m² of usable space in type 1 and 128 m² in type 2. A versatile space for a gym, wine cellar, or leisure room, it includes a garage for up to four vehicles, electric charging conduit, laundry, storage room, and bathroom.
The villas are equipped with underfloor heating, forced ventilation, large windows, built-in wardrobes, and ten photovoltaic panels per home.
The private community area of 2,663 m² includes a 300 m² pool with relaxation jets, natural stone waterfall, children′s area, and lounger area like a wet beach. The vegetation, walkways, and resting spaces create a serene environment for the whole family.
