Located on the iconic Abades street, just steps from the Cathedral and the Giralda, this Sevillian house of approximately 194 square meters built retains representative elements of the city′s traditional architecture and combines them with updated facilities.
Distributed over three floors plus a rooftop, the house is organized around a Sevillian patio with marble flooring, a fountain, and a glazed roof that enhances the entry of natural light and connects the different spaces.
The ground floor features a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the main floor, the living-dining room stands out for its ceilings over four meters high, wooden beams, and terracotta floors. This level also includes the renovated kitchen and a restroom. The second floor houses two more bedrooms that share a bathroom. The house has air conditioning and a rooftop providing views of Seville′s monumental surroundings.
The facade is one of the most unique elements of the property. Designed by architect Fernando Rosales for Joaquín Moreno, it was completed in 1811 during the Napoleonic occupation of Seville, as recalled by the original inscription Se acabó año de 1811. Its sgraffito, ornamental details, and characteristic curved balcony are part of a historic architectural ensemble along with the adjacent building number 29.
There is the possibility of acquiring, for an additional 50,000 euros, a parking space located on the nearby Guzmán el Bueno street.
A house with over two centuries of history, a traditional patio, and spaces distributed across several floors, located in the heart of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, one of the most representative enclaves of Seville′s historic center.
