property description
a south-facing duplex penthouse in real de la quinta, distinguished by expansive private terraces and open views across the mediterranean, mountains and surrounding landscape.
set within quercus, the residence places outdoor living at the heart of the experience. the main terrace extends naturally from the open-plan living and dining area, while an extensive private rooftop solarium creates a second outdoor setting with a kitchen, dining area and generous space for lounging and sunbathing. from both levels, the outlook takes in the sea alongside the green contours and mountains of this elevated setting.
inside, a restrained scandinavian aesthetic combines clean lines with natural materials, including stone finishes and warm oak detailing. large glazed openings bring the landscape into the living spaces, while the open kitchen, fitted with siemens appliances, forms part of an easy, sociable layout. the bedrooms continue the same understated approach, with the principal suite enjoying an en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating.
quercus is a gated community with 24-hour security and communal pools, while the property includes two underground parking spaces and a storage room. real de la quinta offers a distinctive natural setting around its lake, with outdoor pursuits and golf close at hand, while nueva andalucía, puerto banús and marbella provide a broader choice of dining, shopping, beaches and leisure within easy reach.
