on erstagatan, wallin has created a modern architectural gem in a neighborhood rich in stockholm′s history. the building harmonizes with södermalm′s historic surroundings and comprises 25 unique residences distinguished by thoughtful material choices and bright, airy interiors. the building was completed at the end of 2025.
entrances: the building has two entrances: a main entrance from erstagatan and a secondary entrance from the courtyard. mailboxes are located in the main entrance, while the recycling room is accessed from the courtyard entrance. the main entrance is fitted with security-rated doors and glazing.
courtyard: the courtyard surrounding the building to the north and east is paved with stone and framed by planted beds. it includes an accessible parking space adjacent to the entrance, as well as a shared quiet outdoor seating area with benches.
