in puerto de santiago, with the open atlantic in front of the property and la gomera marking the horizon, this villa represents a way of living in tenerife where architecture, climate, and landscape are in balance.
located on calle las arenas, in the same privileged enclave as the previous property, this home stands out for its more contemporary aesthetic, the result of its expansion and renovation completed in 2019. the ensemble conveys a contemporary, clean, and sophisticated feeling, while maintaining the spaciousness and privacy of a standalone villa.
the house has been designed to fully enjoy its views. its large terraces accompany various rooms and naturally direct the gaze toward the ocean, while the heated infinity-style private pool strengthens this visual connection with the landscape.
inside, the spaces are generous, bright, and functional. the layout allows for combining private areas with large social spaces, including a grand master suite, open living and dining spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, gym, and billiard room. the materials and finishes reinforce the contemporary character of a property designed both for everyday living and for entertaining and enjoyment.
one of its major attractions is precisely its orientation. from different points of the house, there are expansive views of the atlantic and la gomera, with sunsets being part of the home′s daily experience.
moreover, the villa has a current vacation rental license, adding an especially interesting dimension to the property: it can be enjoyed exclusively as a private residence or combined with a high-level investment and rental strategy.
more than a villa with a sea view, it′s a home designed to live tenerife from a privileged position.
wake up looking at the atlantic.
spend much of the year between terraces and open spaces.
