865 Comstock Ave
Perched in The Comstock, one of the Wilshire Corridor′s most prestigious full-service high-rises, this fully remodeled residence pairs designer finishes with sweeping views of Holmby Hills, Bel Air and the golf course. The view frames the open floor plan from the moment you step through the entry. The chef′s kitchen is built around Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and adds a built-in coffee system, dedicated wine storage and custom cabinetry. The primary suite has a double-vanity bath and a generous walk-in closet. The second bedroom is fitted with custom built-ins, a desk and a concealed wall bed, so it works equally well as an office or a guest room. Abundant storage and in-unit laundry complete the home. Residents enjoy 24/7 valet and doorman service, a pool, spa, sauna and fitness center, all minutes from Beverly Hills, Bel Air, UCLA and Century City.
