at its center, a dramatic open-air courtyard draws light, sky, and landscape into this eric meglasson-designed residence, creating a sense of arrival that is both striking and unexpected. framed by glass and warm wood, the architecture unfolds around this space, where a beautifully composed kitchen (complete with a butler′s pantry, two high end ovens, dishwashers, and fridges) dining area, and great room converge, anchored by a floating staircase and a sculptural hearth. the main level offers a private ensuite and a third bedroom or den, while above, a lofted office and full primary suite are oriented to capture expansive views and a sense of retreat. multiple patios, fire features, and outdoor living areas extend the experience. positioned along tetherow′s iconic 17th hole on one of the community′s most exceptional homesites, this modern residence brings design, setting, and execution into rare alignment.
