lot 24 sits on the southern tip of the peninsula of saint kitts, just above turtle beach, and has panoramic views that span to 270 degrees. the plot has an uninterrupted view of nevis across the narrows, which is the channel between saint kitts and nevis. to the south, one has a clear view of the caribbean sea, turtle beach, scotch bonnet hill, and cockleshell bay where one can see the constant flow of traffic of the water taxis.
