The estate is located in the municipality of Constantina, approximately 90 kilometers from Seville city, within the Sierra Norte Natural Park.
Currently, the olive grove is operated as a dryland farm, although the property is equipped with infrastructure for conversion to irrigation, including a small reservoir. It also benefits from CAP subsidies, organic farming grants, and additional support for being situated in the mountains.
Among the existing buildings, a two-story farmhouse stands out. The ground floor features a living-dining room with a fireplace, kitchen, guest restroom, two apartments each with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a small living area with an integrated kitchen, and an apartment with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper floor houses four apartments, each with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small living area with an integrated kitchen. The farmhouse retains its original wooden ceilings.
Annexed to the main house, with independent access, there is a leisure area with a spacious lounge, bar, and fireplace. Adjacent to this area is the garden with a swimming pool and a small auxiliary building serving as a changing room and storage.
The estate is fully fenced and features oil-fired heating, connection to the electricity grid, a well, and an automatic irrigation system. The house’s running water, which is softened by a treatment system, comes from a spring located on the property. Furniture is optional, and the overall state of conservation is good.
The property is set in a protected natural environment, surrounded by pasturelands, mountains, and olive groves. The area offers tranquility, open landscapes, and a rural lifestyle, with easy access to urban centers such as Constantina, which provides basic services, a train station, and good road connections to Seville and other towns in the Sierra Norte.
