陽明山地區得天獨厚的天然環境及歷史人文、限制興建的條件造就了它的不可取代性。天然自然環境如溫泉、山林等自然資源，加上城市美學夜景及離台北市中心僅約30分鐘的車程，可以讓這裡的住戶享有兼具都市生活的便利性與郊區的寧靜山居生活。

陽明山也是 ICRT （ 中央廣播電台國際社 ）所在地，該電台前身為「美軍在台廣播電台」 （ AFNT ），設立於美軍駐台期間。由於陽明山地理位置優越，海拔達 445 公尺，成為美方在亞洲發展通訊據點的理想地點。AFNT 當時作為美軍電台，為駐台美軍播放娛樂節目、新聞與各類資訊。

YANGMINGSHAN, TAIWAN
Yangmingshan area is a prestigious and exceptional community, thanks to its picturesque natural surroundings, rich cultural history, and rigorous building and zoning restrictions, making it truly a one-of-a-kind neighborhood. Scenic natural features such as hot springs and lushly green mountains, combined with unparalleled views of the city skyline and its proximity to downtown Taipei （ only about a 30-minute drive ）allow the local residents to enjoy the convenience of city life with the tranquility of a mountain retreat.
Since Chiang Kai-shek’s time at the Grass Mountain Guesthouse （ Yangmingshan was previously known as “ Grass Mountain ” ）, the area has served as a haven for Taiwan’s political and business elites. From the world renowned writer and philosopher Lin Yutang to many of today’s top Taiwanese business leaders, Yangmingshan has been a cultural hub since the Japanese colonial era.
Homebuyers here mainly consist of prominent figures in business, government and the art communities, as well as numerous ultra-high net worth individuals.
In addition to the abovementioned factors, any new constructions and renovation activities in the area are heavily restricted and regulated to this day. Properties that can truly be considered as luxury villas are very rare, making them all more valuable to the homebuyers.
The Yangmingshan luxury property market has remained stable over time, supported by its scenic natural surroundings and tranquil lifestyle. While macroeconomic headwinds, especially ongoing tariff uncertainties may affect the overall property market sentiment in the near term, demand for luxury homes in Yangmingshan is expected to remain robust over time, especially from ultra-high net worth individuals. Yangmingshan is also home to ICRT, formerly the Armed Forces Network Taiwan （ AFNT ）during the period of U.S. military presence in Taiwan. Yangmingshan’s geographical location and mountain height of 445 meters makes it an ideal tele-communications hub for American interests in Asia. AFNT served as a U.S. military radio station, broadcasting entertainment, news, and information for American troops stationed on the island.
When the U.S. military left Taiwan in 1979 following the normalization of diplomatic relations between the United States and the People's Republic of China, the station transitioned into a civilian operation. It was rebranded as ICRT and became Taiwan's only English-language radio station, catering to the expatriate community, English learners, and locals interested in international music and culture.
Yangmingshan also boasts many housing estates owned by the Bank of Taiwan, the “ Mini Central Bank ”, which used to serve as the dormitory for the families of US diplomatic and military personnel based in Taiwan. Even as of today, many US diplomatic personnel and their families chose to reside in Yangmingshan community for the convenience of city life and the tranquility of a mountain retreat.
