In the heart of the European Alps, on 1.500meters above sea level, close to Lech, this awesome hideway waits for you
Still in Tirol, but close to Germany and Liechtenstein, the house is nestled between other mountain huts, amidst a tiny hamlet with some 60 people. Easy accessible by car, it takes 3 minutes to the next skilift, 10minutes to Lech (bigger village) and 1,5hours to the capital - Innsbruck.
Errected around 1750, the old chalet lies redeveloped between other mountain lovers and mounatin farmers. Winters here are unchanged like in former times - quiet, overwhelming friendly, glittering white and 100% peaceful During the summer months, one roams up even higher, accompanied by eagles and marmots to overview the world.
The house is situated on a small plateau, looking towards Lech and the surrounding peaks - an unknown feeling of freedom In the houses cellar, theres enough space for sport equippent and wine. On the groundfloor you find the mountain-kitchen, the tiled stove lounge and the living room with its guest bathroom. The upper floor offers four sleeping rooms - each bathroom equipped - one more cosy than the other.
